Buying a pattern
What do I get when I buy a pattern?
A digital crochet pattern, delivered as downloadable files. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so no yarn, tools or finished items are included.
What yarn and hook do I need?
Each pattern lists the yarn, hook size and stitches you need before you start, so you can check it against what you already own.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Payments are taken by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure fields, and we never see or store your full card details.
Can I pay in a different currency?
Prices can be shown in more than one currency. Use the currency menu at the top of the page to pick one, and you are charged in the currency you chose. You can only change it while your cart is empty.
Are taxes included?
The price, currency and any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay.
After you buy
How do I get my pattern?
Your files are available to download as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we also email you a receipt. Please keep your own copy of anything you download.
I can't find or open my files. What should I do?
Check your spam folder for the receipt first. If you still can't get to your files, contact us and we will help.
Can I get a refund?
Because patterns are digital downloads you can use straight away, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete. If a file is faulty or you didn't receive what you paid for, contact us and we will fix it. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. See the Terms of Service.
Will my blanket look exactly like the photos?
Not necessarily. Results depend on your yarn, hook and tension, so a finished piece can differ from the photos.
Using your patterns
Can I share or resell a pattern?
No. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to make items for yourself and as gifts. Please don't share, resell, give away or upload the pattern files, and don't present the pattern as your own.
Can I sell the blankets I make?
The Terms of Service explain what you may and may not do with our patterns. If your plan isn't covered there, please ask us first.
Your data and contact
How do you use my personal data?
We only collect what we need to sell you a pattern and get it to you. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I stop getting your emails?
Newsletter emails only go to people who signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
